Bills Rally To Beat Bengals 39-34 At The Highmark Snow Globe

12/7/2025 - Orchard Park, New York - Deb, the contest Queen won another excellent prize, two tickets to see Sean McDermott's Buffalo Bills take on AFC rival Zac Taylor's Cincinnati Bengals at Highmark Stadium. The two seats were in the Dunn Tire Club under the overhang with the glow of the red heaters above at about the 10 yardline, the win also included the best parking I have ever had for a Bills game in Lot 2, literally a few steps from our seats. It was a cold and snowy early December day and this would be a snow globe game with a small army of shovelers clearing the yard markers all day as snow fell for almost the entire game. Darryl Talley was the Bill's legend for today and got the sellout crowd fired up. The Bills were behind for the majority of this game which had them in a double digit defecit three times only to comeback and beat the Bengals by a score of 39-34. Bengals QB, Joe Burrow, led them down on the games opening drive and Chase Brown ran it in from 5 yards out to take the 7-0 lead. The Bills countered with a drive for a field goal. Burrow came back and threw the first of his four TD's he would throw on this day this one going for 21 yard strike to Tee Higgins giving Cincy the 11 point lead. Bill's QB, Josh Allen, would throw an amazing 11 yard TD to Khalil Shakir to briefly bring the Bills within 3, but Burrow threw TD number two to Chase Brown to make it a 10 point game at the half 21-11. The Bills got the ball in the second half and Allen threw his second TD of the day a 5 yard pass to Dalton Kincaid to bring it within 3 again, 21-18. The Bills drove the ball downfield again and looked to take the lead but James Cook fumbled the ball from the two yard line and Cincy recovered in the endzone. Burrow would then drive his team down and throw TD number three to TE Mike Gesicki putting the Bengals up again by ten 28-18 with only 8:44 left in the game. The Bills went 68 yards in four plays taking only 1:11 off the clock to score on a Josh Allen 40 yard TD run, making the score 28-25. On the Bengals next possession, Burrow would throw a pick six to Bill's Christian Benford who ran in from 63 yards out to give the Bills the lead, 32-28. The next possesion Burrow threw his second interception to AJ Epenesa giving Allen the short field to allow him to throw a 3 yard touchdown pass, Allen's third of the game, to TE Jackson Hawes giving the Bills a 39-28 lead with just over 3 minutes left in the game. Burrow would get one more score a second TD pass to Tee Higgins but the two point conversion failed and the score was 39-34. The Bills were able to run out the clock and win the game to seal a great come from behind win against a good Bengals team. Josh Allen had another stellar game with 3 TD passes, no interceptions and a rushing TD and James Cook had over 100 total yards. The 70,000 plus sellout crowd at the Highmark snow globe were definitely entertained. Again, this is another great Bills victory and another awesome Deb the contest Queen freebie. Lets keep them both continuing. Finally post game, we walked literally fifty steps to the car and were police escorted to the entrance to 219 and back home in excellent time.Slideshow
