 4/16/2007 - Maui, Hawaii - The last days of our Maui advenuture included a trip to the top of Mount Haleakala. The twisting and turning drive up to 10000 feet above sea level did not disappoint, the views were absolutely amazing !
The final day we started early packing up and getting our last views of the resort at Kaanapali Shores. We then journeyed to the south eastern parts of Maui to the towns of Kihei, Wailea, and Makena. There we found more awesome beaches and views. We also stopped back at Hookipa Beach to watch the wind surfers as the trade winds were strong and the surf was up. We spent some time in Ioa Valley and grabbed a quick dinner then headed to the airport. Aloha Maui.... Part 1 2 3 4Slideshow |
